Hega - coffee with vital mushrooms

In addition to organic coffee from Guatemala, which has a higher acidity and fruity taste, our blend also contains Chaga and Hericium mushrooms. The mixture was carefully selected in cooperation with MycoMedica, so that we achieve not only the overall pleasant taste, but also the optimal amount of mushrooms in each cup of coffee. This blend is intended primarily for those who are looking for the general benefits of mushroom coffee for every day. The fungi are both in the form of a very fine powder obtained by the "shellbroken" method, in order to obtain a higher amount of active substances, and in the form of an extract, in order to obtain the optimal amount of often sought-after polysaccharides in the mixture. You can find specific information about the effects of mushrooms on the Internet.

Organic arabica coffee (92% content):

For this blend, we chose fair-bought coffee in BIO quality from Guatemala, which has a softer taste with fruity and sweet attributes. This coffee is also less roasted than our regular coffees to balance the bitterness of mushrooms. As a result, the coffee is then slightly bitter.

Mushroom powder and extracts of Hericia (4% content):

Hericium is a fungus that has a firm place in traditional Chinese medicine. The specific effects of this fungus can then be found in a number of sources on the Internet (current legislation limits the framework within which the effects can be reported). The mushroom powder and extract are in BIO quality and are tested at Agrolab for more than 500 types of known heavy metals, pesticides and human-dangerous microorganisms. The extract then contains a minimum amount of 30% polysaccharides.

Mushroom powder and extracts of Chaga mushroom (4% content):

Chaga (oblique rust) is a part of traditional Russian and Chinese medicine. People believe in its ability to revitalize and calm the body and spirit.

Grinding:

Coarse = Czech "Turk", French Press, Cold Brew

Medium = drip, chemex, mocha teapot

Fine = espresso (lever, automatic coffee machine), Turkish coffee

Tip: in general, the roughness of grinding affects the extraction rate (the finer the grinding, the faster). This affects the taste - the longer the extraction, the more bitter the coffee. That's why you can experiment with grinding - for example, you can also use medium grinding for french press - the coffee will be stronger and more bitter, but the log will not be fully filtered.

It doesn't end with brewing coffee - you will learn how to use the coffee grounds (logger) again
