RETURNED GOODS
According to the Civil Code, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the goods. According to the provisions of § 1837 of the Civil Code, however, it is not possible to withdraw from the contract in the case of coffee delivery, if the packaging was broken (envelope opened), for hygienic reasons (more in the terms and conditions). To withdraw from the purchase agreement in other cases, you can use the sample form, which can be found as part of the terms and conditions. Notification from the purchase contract can also be sent to our email address: info@elementscoffee.cz. When sending by email, state your name, telephone number, order number and the bank account to which you want to return the amount.
It is not necessary to mention the reason for withdrawal from the contract within the mentioned period. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.

COMPLAINT

CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTION
In case of dissatisfaction with the subscription (1st coffee delivery), the subscription can be canceled only within 10 days of ordering the subscription. To cancel, send an email to info@elementscoffee.cz and inform us of this fact. Subsequently, you will be refunded 90% of the price. 10% of the price goes to the administrative costs associated with the cancellation.
